AI will play a crucial role in this, which is why we are looking for an experienced AI Manager that is preparing our companies for the future.

YOUR ROLE AS AI MANAGER

As AI Manager at Martin Glas, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of AI solutions across all our businesses. This means you will:

Identify problems and formulate AI-driven solutions to optimise business processes.

Independently or with partners develops and implements AI solutions, from process automation to data analytics and predicative maintenance.

Have a direct impact on operational teams by not only building AI solutions, but also translating them into day-to-day operations.

Collaborates with various departments to integrate AI broadly and bring the organisation along in this transformation.

Continuously monitors the latest AI developments in the market and translates them into applicable innovations within Martin Glas.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a experienced AI Manager With an entrepreneurial mindset. You are someone who:

At least five years' experience in AI, machine learning or data science, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Experienced in independently setting up and leading AI projects from strategy to implementation.

Has hands-on knowledge of AI tools, data analysis and automation techniques.

Is strongly analytical and proactively identifies and solves problems.

Excellent communication skills and able to make complex AI concepts accessible to non-technical colleagues.

Preferably experienced in managing external AI partners and suppliers.
