Do you have a crystal-clear vision of your future and would you like to work as a hands-on production manager at our production site in Nieuwegein? If so, we might be a good match for each other!

As a hands-on production manager in Nieuwegein, you will act as the link between the operational staff and management. You will work alongside around 26 colleagues in a safe and tidy environment where precision is key. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day production activities, such as cutting glass, assembling glazing units, and the production and delivery of fire-resistant glass and InBlindz.

You ensure that the work schedule is correct, that the right people are in the right place, and that tasks are carried out on time and in accordance with quality standards. As a hands-on production manager, you maintain a constant overview of the production process and guide the team where necessary. If the situation requires it, you’ll be willing to lend a hand on the production floor.

You will also bear responsibility for the quality and progress of the work, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality glass products. Each week there is a communal, sociable and catered lunch. There is normally no work at weekends or on public holidays, leaving plenty of room for a good work-life balance.
