Do you have a clear picture of your future and would you like to work as a production manager at our production site in Nieuwegein? Then we might be a good match for each other!

As production manager in Nieuwegein, you are the link between the executive staff and management. You will work together with about 26 colleagues in a safe and tidy environment where accuracy is important. In this role, you are responsible for directing and coordinating daily production activities, such as cutting glass, assembling glass frames, producing and delivering fire-resistant glass and InBlindz.

You ensure that the work planning is correct, the right people are in the right place and that tasks are carried out on time and according to quality standards. As production manager, you continuously oversee the production process and steer the team where necessary. If the situation requires it, you are prepared to assist in production.

You will also bear responsibility for the quality and progress of the work, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality glass products. Each week there is a communal, sociable and catered lunch. There is normally no work at weekends or on public holidays, leaving plenty of room for a good work-life balance.
